Mr. Thomas and I have approved the final digital master file for Seeing by Moonlight, and it has now been pushed out to a dozen leading digital booksellers. Each processes at their own speed, so there won’t be an official premiere date per se, but it should start going live at just about all of them over the next 1-4 weeks. I gather Amazon is particularly quick at this sort of thing. I’ll try to make an announcement anytime I get notification of one going live. And maybe I’ll make a master sales links list somewhere. In the meantime, our website will have links to the major sellers, as well as the book’s prologue, available for free to read RIGHT NOW.
This whole process has involved dizzying peaks between long stretches of inactivity – and given that the hardest work was finished months ago, it makes any events that happen now feel oddly disconnected – I have to consciously link them to what I did to accomplish them. But it was a nice little buzz, checking in with our servicer to see that the book had gone out.
And I am just as sure it will be even nicer when that “Qty Sold” number changes from zero.
